During the stillness of the COVID-19 lockdown in Dehradun, Trita Ayurved was quietly born. In our kitchen, surrounded by Himalayan herbs and ancestral Ayurvedic wisdom, we began crafting small-batch teas to support immunity, digestion, and calm. What started as healing for family soon became a movement toward mindful, mountain-rooted wellness.
Our passion turned into purpose. With growing trust, we officially launched Trita Ayurved offering handcrafted teas and gut health blends made with locally sourced herbs like chamomile, rhododendron, and cumin. Grounded in Uttarakhand’s purity, every product was created to restore balance, support gut health, and share the rituals of pahadi households with the world.
